An ancient bird migration route called the Mississippi Flyway goes right over Reflection Riding Arboretum and Nature Center, making it a notable spot for bird observation.
To better understand the migration patterns of the birds, a Motus Wildlife Tracking Station was installed at the center last year, but the equipment looked out of place.
To better help the station fit in with its surroundings, this “Reflection Flyway” mural was constructed with the help of local artists. The mural was unveiled to the public yesterday, and we can’t wait to see it for ourselves.
