  • Thursday, November 11, 2021

A mixed-use project is being planned at 621 E. Main St.

An existing building in the rear is to be remodeled into two apartments.

A new three-story structure is to be built at the front of the property with space for three multi-family units and a small two-story bar.

There will be a courtyard between the two buildings to provide green space for the residents.

Also included will be a large terrace/outdoor patio for the bar along the front and side of the property.
